How fast can you complete the sale?

What fees do you charge?

By agreeing to sell your property through a lease option, Elite House Buyers will take over the liability of paying your mortgage on a monthly basis until such a time when we purchase the property providing you with a lump sum of cash that you may not have been able to achieve if selling in the current climate under traditional selling methods.
