How fast can you complete the sale?

If you need to sell your house fast, then we can help by being able to exchange contracts within 7-10 days and complete within 28 days or sometimes less if needed. We have a team of experienced Surveyors, Solicitors & Financiers that are dedicated to provide you a hassle & stress free, and quick house sale.

What fees do you charge?

We charge absolutely no fees. We promise we will not charge you any Agency Fees, Solicitors fees or Valuation fees, also if you sell to us we promise no HIPS and no hidden charges. If you choose to use one of our panels of solicitors we will pay for your legal fees in full. Remember what you agree to sell for is what you get.

If I am already in arrears, can you still help me?

How do your prices compare to the open market?

Depending on the condition of your property, we typically buy houses anywhere from 75% to 90% of the current market value. You receive the benefit of having a chain free, quick house sale, with all the legal and survey fees paid for. Compare this to the uncertainty in sale price and time period when selling on the open market along with the possible added fees for advertising, legal, HIPS and estate agency commission.

What if I have little or no equity in my property?

Not a problem, our Lease Option service may be the solution you may have been looking for, allowing you to move quickly without further obligation of mortgage payments. By agreeing to sell your property through a lease option, Elite House Buyers will take over the liability of paying your mortgage on a monthly basis until such a time when we purchase the property providing you with a lump sum of cash that you may not have been able to achieve if selling in the current climate under traditional selling methods.
